General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Krimson 35 contains Cyproterone and Ethinylestradiol, which is a combined oral contraceptive pill. During first few months (3 to 6 months) of its use, you may have menstrual irregularities like spotting, heavy bleeding or missing/delay in periods. Although protection against pregnancy is good with such pills, it would be better to confirm the status during such circumstances.
It would be ideal for you to get the following tests done to know what could be the status.
1. Urine pregnancy test.
2. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen & pelvis.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for evaluation and advise.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
