Are Mood Swings, Nausea And Vomiting Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Ok, so I had my nexplanon removed on Tuesday (November 7) aweek and a half ago. And I missed my pill that night so I ended up taking Tuesday s and Wednesdays pills Wednesday (start of my birth control pill). No one told me I needed to start the pill a week before the implant was removed until I went and seen a new doctor about my gallbladder a week later. My moms gyno told her I would be fertile for the first 3 weeks after the implant was removed but I didn t know I would actually have a week s gap of being unprotected since I didn t start the pill a week ahead of removal. I had unprotected sex 2 days before the implant was removed and 5 days afterward. Could I possibly be pregnant? I have had migraines, I have wet spots in my underwear, I have been very moody and irritable, and I ve had terrible nausea and vomiting. I haven t had a period in several months due to having the implant. I don t know when I ovulate, or if I have. But I feel like it would be really early to take a test.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, These may be symptoms of pregnancy, but pregnancy can be confirmed by urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Kindly consult with gynaecologist for detailed examination and diagnosis. Take care.
