multiple reactivr lymph nodes in abdomen at 7 years of age. I need further information to conclude. is he having fever? any abdominal pain? any loss of weight and appetite. if none of the above symptoms are present, then probably you need not worry about those lymph nodes. if symptoms are present, then I would like to suggest you to consult local physician and do the necessary investigations
