Hi doctor, how significant is multiple paramesenteric lymph nodes in right iliac fossa and periumbilical region with minimal fluid in right iliac fossa and mild thickening of stomach wall? And also prominent thick walled appendix - all these were found in my son's ultrasound abdomen
The findings are not significant for any disease but it needs to be correlated with the clinical condition he has although it seems to be nonspecific finding.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
