Are Muscle Aches Due To Excessive Intake Of Sugary Foods?

The front of my thigh is tender to the touch. Not the muscle, but just the skin. It s so strange. Feels like the aches you get when you have the flu, but I feel great. It s been like this for 2-3 days. Do you think it s caused by eating sugar? I had a bunch of sweet tarts the other day??
