Are Muscle Constrictions And Spasms In Hand Due To Bellergal Spacetabs?
Hi,i am 54yrs old,menopausal.I been prescrided Bellergal spacetabs for hot flashes etc.Been prescribed on ly at night timeJust 1 tablet 0.2mg at bedtime.Been wanting to get off othem.However i decided to ween tought it was more prudent.However i think it s causing me to have muscle constrictions,spasm in left arm and a bit in the right but left is worse.I called info-health they firgure it s not heart realted after i answered key questions.Is that what s causing this?and how do i safely stop using this medication?Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, you can stop taking this gradually within week or 10 days and this is not the big deal you can even stop this at once only without having any side effects but you have to be mentally prepared for that because what ever the symptoms you would be having that could be due menopause and not the medicine, hope this information helps.
