Are Muscle Tension And Headaches Side Effects Of Paroxetine?

I have been using paroxetine for 7 years. The past few years I have been experiencing muscle tension which causes severe headaches. Is this a side effect of paroxetine? Should I stop taking it? I really find it to be highly beneficial - it has changed my life and I would not like to stop taking it.
