Hello and welcome to HCM,
AST is one of the enzymes done to test liver functions. The range for AST is upto 40 IU. Both the values of AST are within normal limits. This variation is not of any consequence and it is due to instrument variation.
Granulocytes and lymphocytes are both white blood cells. Any comment about them can be made after knowing total leukocytes numbers.
Red blood cell count of 3.5 million/dl is also within normal range.
Mean platelet volume (MPV) determines the mean size of platelets.
Its upper range is 10 so this value is also normal. A slight increase is not of significance when other platelet parameters are within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
