Are Nausea, Abdominal Pain, Rectal And Vaginal Bleeding Causes For Concern?

I am 25f and am having stomach pain all on my right side so abdomen flank and back thats been going on for 2 weeks when i cough it hurts bad by my hip also i have had a combo of constipation and diarrhea nausea and vomiting increased urge to have a bm and some chest pain in left upper quadrant today i had a bm and when i wiped there was blood on the toilet paper rectal and vaginal. Whats going on?

The symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome.

The bleeding seem to be related to hemorrhoids.

I suggest to use daily probiotics and spasmolytic to relieve the stomach pain.

I also recommend using anti hemorrhoid cream such as Preparation H for local application.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest to consult a gastroenterologist.
