Are Nausea And Lightheadedness Caused Due To Migraine?

I have very bad nausea and dizzy for 2 days throwing up! My heads hurts constant nausea chills it s awful! I m 51 I had a massage Friday I have very bad knots in neck shoulders all over. She really got in there do you think that caused this?? Or I put my Womans vitamin pack in a blender instead if taking them about 6 and drank it down could that have caused this?? Or it s a bad virus I ve been feeling bad for over a week bad migraines sinus etc. please help the nausea and dizziness is awful i start sobbing from the pain. I drink liquids but can t keep any feed down. I need some answers ?? Thank you I m female

Hi,

Noted the history about a 51 year old female, having bad nausea and dizziness, had massage and the therapist found bad knots in neck and shoulder, or might have taken too much of Women's Vitamin pack or may be a virus.
From the history it looks that you have had all combined together.
Nausea, dizziness, not feeling well and all other symptoms can very well be due to viral infection added on by massage and so on.
Since the medicines for nausea and dizziness are prescription based you need to consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and required investigations.
This may give proper diagnosis and get started with proper treatment for nausea, dizziness and so on.
If there is no relief then you may need a Specialist's opinion, further investigations as per the findings and have additional management.
Take rest, this is very important for proper and early recovery.
