Hello I am won t if I m pregnant or starting perimenopause? I have been nauseated and bloating cramps. I m January and February I spooted. ThAt s very unusual for me. My breast hurt and I have bad headache. Now I m getting dizzy moments. I took a pregnancy test. It was negative.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of conception is very less likely still it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography test, what symptoms are given here can not rule out the pregnancy neither the test you did (If it is not the sonography ) hope this information helps.
