Are Nausea And Vaginal Spotting Signs Of Pregnancy?

I have been on depo provera for over a year now and have a bf. For the past week I have been feeling nauseous and bit dizzy and for the last month been really tired. I don't get my periods anymore, just occasional spotting from time to time. Just wondering could I be pregnant. I have taken a home pregnancy test and it says negative. I can't tell if my breasts are sore either as they are still numb from plastic surgery January just gone.

Hi!
I understand you worry.
In fact using Depo Provera makes women feel a little bit anxious due to the fact that menstruation become more and more lighter, sometimes they do not come for months or come like brown spots. This is one of the common side effects of using that type of contraception, spotting.
You should not worry. Of course you should take care of yourself and do the routine controls to your doctor. Nausea, dizziness may be due to many reasons but even due to the progesteron which is part of Depo Provera.
Hope I have helped you.
