Are Nausea And Vomiting Always Associated With Pregnancy?

I had positive home pregnancy test. We have planned to go hospital after 45days. My problem though i got positive i am bot getting any symptoms of a pregnant. Not even vomiting sensation. Am i really pregnant? Are there chances to be pregnant without any symptoms

not always. can repeat the pregnancy test. consult gynechologist for examination and advise on further investigation and on treatment.
