General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the burning eyes, headache and nausea are in concern with changes in neurotransmitter levels due to alteration of drug dosage. You must take tablet of 300 mg half broken to adjust to 150 mg of previous dose. Additionally, intake of ondancetron (4 mg) on empty stomach, paracetamol (500 mg) after meals for a period of 2-3 days will take care of current symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
