Are Nausea, Tender Breasts, Tiredness And Abdominal Cramps Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My period is suppose to come tomorrow but for the past 2 weeks I have been waking up feeling nauseous and it comes and goes through out the day. I feel like my gonna throw up but it never comes out my boobs have been very tender and sore and they tingle I m starting to develop these small bumps on my Arnold s and notice my nipples are more erect. I ve also been pooing and peeing a lot even though my period is tmrw the type of cramps I m getting is not what I m use to. Foods don t taste the same and I feel tired. I m scared of these symptoms cus I feel sick and I want to know what s wrong with me I took a pregnancy test and it was negative I don t know what s wrong with me i don t get pms like this

Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone. This can normally be picked up by day 11 to 14 after conception.

If the test was done around or after this time then it is accurate.

If not then it should be repeated.

Other causes of delayed period include: (1) polycystic ovarian syndrome
(2)emotional or physical stress or illness
(3)high levels of a hormone called prolactin
(4)excess physical activity
(5)side effect of medication
(6)thyroid disease

Blood tests for hormone levels and imaging of the uterus and ovaries may be helpful.
