Hi,

Usually gallstones may not produce any signs or symptoms, unless it lodges in a duct to cause blockage. It includes:
- Sudden intense pain in the upper right portion of abdomen (where the gallbladder located) and radiate to back, shoulders. It may last for few minutes to hours.
- Nausea or vomiting

If you have intense abdominal pain, jaundice or high grade fever then seek immediate medical attention. I advice you to meet your doctor to rule out other abdominal causes like appendicitis, pancreatitis, liver diseases etc. that might manifest with same symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
