Are Nausea, Weight Loss, Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain Symptoms Of Autoimmune Disease?

Severe nausea, weight loss, severe diarrhea ,pain in stomach and around right side of back toward kidney area. Fever comes and goes. Have esophageal spams and I have to take low dose nitro daily. .all lab work is normal, Just had an ultra sound ,Egd, colon, ct of Abdomen All are negative. No signs of celiac, crohn s disease, IBS , h pylori . Have a lot of medical issue so I am on a lot of medication, but there has not been any changes in my medication . Do not know where to go from here. My wife feels that I have crohn s or some type of auto immune disorder , feel very discourage

Needs to review your case with your medication detail which may further guide about the diagnosis. Is there any antibiotic you are on continue? If yes, then stool examination should be done. If possible send me all reports so I can help you.
