Miscarriage is commonly accompanied with bleeding associated with backache, weakness in the legs, cramping & pain abdomen due to uterine contractions.
To confirm if you had a miscarriage get clinically examined by a gynae, get pelvic examination & USG done.
It can be silent miscarriage, that's why you are experiencing symptoms of pregnancy. If needed D&C will be done by your treating doctor. In the meantime, take adequate rest. Stay well hydrated & take food rich in iron, calcium & protein.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
