Are Numbness In Hand And Heart Race Symptoms Of Heart Attack?

Today, I had an argument with a friend over the phone, then as I was talking to her, My breathing starts to become heavy, I can't event complete a sentence without taking 4-5 breath.. then my hands starts tingling until it's completely numb and my heart is racing, and then I couldn't breath anymore and I was choked for a while. Was i under any heart attack or anything? or is it just due to the stress of the argument that my body is acting that way?

HI,
age, sex, smoking history?
did u have any previous history of similar attack..was there any audible sound when breathing..its may be also an asthamatic attack..if you are young and there are no risk factors like smoking you are less likely to have a heart attack..
but still visit your doctor once for a proper checkup and further treatment..
