Are On And Off Pain In Lower Abdomen In 39th Week Of Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?
I m 39 weeks pregnant, I have been getting pains on and of but today have been in extreme pain in my lower abdomen on and off. I feel really unwell and not myself, I feel spaced out, sick, hot and sweaty. Very exhausted.. Also feel like I need to empty my bowels but can t. Should I ring my midwife or is this normal as its my first pregnancy? Thank you
