Are Over Dosages Of Nexito Forte, Spasmo And Proxyvynon Harmful?

Hi, last night I have take 8-10 nexito forte, 7-9 spasmo proxyvon, 2 penegran. After half n hour I puked automatically. Will ir effect now? I am not feeling hungry and my both shoulders are aching. please suggest me the side effects? & is there anything to worry?

Not advisable to take all these drugs all together, these could cause uncertain side effects may be mild to severe, could effects on long term basis, most indicated medicine one can have, till the course of disease is there else without any proper indication it is better to avoid such medicines, hope this information helps, take care.
