Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Lithotripsy is a treatment which involves shock waves to crush urinary tract stones for their easy removal.
Swelling in the penis may or may not be related to lithotripsy procedure.
I suggest you consult your urologist for the possible cause and treatment of penile swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
