Are Pain While Urinating, Swollen Penis And Discharge Signs Of Std?

Dear Doctor,
I recently had unprotected sex with a woman who told me she had suffered from Clamydia, but that she got treated for it. Now I have symptoms as pain when peeing, swollen penis, liquid coming out during the day. I am more nervous it is something more serious, such as Hepatit or HIV.

Thank you for query.it is likely to be a STD based on description given. It may be Urethritis or UTI due to bacterial infection more likely chlamydia as she has history of infection.you need to take plenty of water.take a course of antibiotics after consultation with your doctor.keep the genital area clean.treat the partner also with antibiotics.avoid sex till they resolve.also use condoms after they resolve for few days.consult doctor for investigation and management.these symptoms are not due to hepatitis or HIV.You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
