You are having blotches on the inner thigh. You also have itching and discomfort. You should take care of your hygiene. Take bath regularly, Wear soft cotton clothes. Your symptoms are indicative of ring worms (tinea cruris). Fungal infections occur in moist, warm areas. Keep your private area dry and clean. Change your undies and clothes. if you have sweated. Do not wear clothes on which you have sweated, let it get washed in hot water. You can take non-sedating antihistamines to get rid of discomfort. Do not touch or scratch the area affected.
Apply ointment clotrimazole or any other anti-fungal cream on the area affected. You can also take a course of antifungals (Fluconazole) orally. If you are sexually active, get clinically examined and get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. In case your reports are positive you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
