Are Pains In The Back, Neck, Legs And Joints The Symptoms Of HIV?

Recently got back from Brazil 2 weeks ago when there met American Girl ended up having sex with her (protected) but not the oral. Having read various articles online about how you can and cannot get HIV from oral I am getting concerned about some odd symptoms I have never experienced in my life, sharp shooting pains up the back of the neck to base of head spreading to in front and behind ears, aches mainly on the legs and joints, and though not diarrohea, easier bowel movements. As far as can tell no fever, swollen lymph glands or rash yet. Should I be concerned?
