Are Palpitations Side Effect Of Cortisone Shot?
When I went to bed a couple of hours ago I noticed right away when I was on my back how loud my heartbeat is an I am still awake, I had a liquid cortisone shot this morning in my right knee could this be one of the side effects my email is YYYY@YYYY

Usually following a cortisone shot, patient might experience chest symptoms like tightness, pain, palpitations etc. Also, acute low back pain, facial erythema and profuse sweating are reported. Repeated injections could be a high risk factor for high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity etc.
