General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most possible diagnosis is fungal infection with likely candida species. Proper care with:
- Antiseptic cleansing
- Hydration with plenty of liquids to prevent secondary bacterial infection
- Anti fungal medications as fluconazole (400) as per the clinician decision
- Local application of anti-fungal cream as miconazole (2%) or others
- Use of systemic steroids as wysolone or else depends upon the concern of clinician again
- Avoidance of penetrative sex or masturbation if active at present

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
