Are Polycystic Ovaries And The Absence Of A Dominant Follicle On The 12th Day Of Menstrual Cycle A Serious Concern?
Hello Doctor. I wanna get pregnant. Yesterday I did an ultrasound. It reads 7.5 mm endometrial thickness. And both ovaries are polycyclic. No dominant follicles seen on day 12 of my period. Is there any problem with my reproductive system. Currently I am taking progesterone soft gelatin capsules and some folik acid and vitamins syrup.

welcome to hcm ...no dominant follicle on dau 12 means that follicle is not present and egg will not be formed ..and pregnancy is not possible ..please undergo testing as serum FSH ...LH ...TESTOSTERONE ...THYROID PROFILE ...FBS ...if there is problem with these then you will be properly treated after diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome is made ..
