Which Medication Help In Delaying Periods?

Which medicine should I use to postpone my menstrual cycle?? Actually I have my menstrual cycle for 25 to 28 days.... I got fixed my marriage on expected dates of period .... I would like to postpone my menstrual cycle .... please suggest me medicine which have less side effects....

Dear thanks for the question.

I understand your concerns. Norethisterone is the medicine to delay periods. You need to 5 mg tablet every day on same time as long as you want to delay your periods. Periods will come within a week of stopping this tablet. If periods do not appear , rule out the pregnancy. This medicine has very little side effects however if you feel anything unusual you can discuss with doctor.
