Are Polyps Normal After A Total Hysterectomy?

I had a total hysterectomy several years ago. The dr that did the hysterectomy roboticlly said I had an unusually large uterus. He had wanted to remove it intact but had to cut it up to remove it. Prior to the hysterectomy i had to have a large uterine polyp removed surgically. No signs of cancer after biopsies from both procedures. Is it possible to have polyps after a total hysterectomy? I am 5 1 tall weigh 227 and am 57 years old.
