Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Fasciculations are not caused by either parkinsonism or multiple sclerosis. The commonest cause of fasciculations is motor neuron disease. Motor weakness might be causing shaking of limbs. Consult a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
