As per your complain it seems that as you have taken progesterone pills and there is eruption of pimples, it seems to be due to changes in hormonal levels in the body and hormonal imbalances is one of the most common cause for pimples.. I would suggest you to consult your treating Gynaecologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like hormonal profile can help in diagnosis and you can be given appropriate hormone replacement therapy for resolution of symptoms.. As of now start topical treatment like wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.. You can apply creams containing Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin over the pimples.. Appy Adapelene gel at night.. Do cool compresses over pimples.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week.. Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water..
