This is the impression of my CHEST CT SCAN (PLAIN WITH CONTRAST) - Pulmonary tuberculosis, superior segment of the light lower lobe and middle lobe - Calcified lymph node, right paratracheal region - Suspicious filling detect, left internal jugular vein - Included portion of the upper abdomen shows small renal cyst, bilateral What is the meaning of this impression?

Hi,

Your CT showing pulmonary tuberculosis of right middle and lower lobe. But usually the tuberculosis occur at right or left upper lobe unless you're immunosupressed.

If tuberculosis is there, then possibly hilar lymph node may be enlarged. Filling defects in jugular vein may be due to jugular vein thrombosis or block.

So sarcoidosis or occupational lung disease also may present like this. So please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
