Are Pus Cells In Urine Unsafe During Pregnancy?

Iam 36 week pregnant and my blood and urine examine shows that count of pus cells is between 30 and 35, urine protein is present 1+,bacteria is present+++ and esr rate is 78. Hb count is 11.5, glucose is normal(100). what does this result indicate? what should i do to reduce pus cells? is it unsafe for delivery?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Presence of more pus cells along with bacteria indicates that there is urinary tract infection. Since you are pregnant, you have to take antibiotics very cautiously.

UTI is more common in pregnancy. My suggestion would be to consult obstetrician for the antibiotic course.
