Hi.
As per your case history we need to know few details -
What type of rash it is?
Is the pain only localized to the side of rashes?
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
