Are Recurring Headache And Dizziness Post A Head Injury A Concern?

I hit my self with a 7 iron at golf tonight. It hit the front left side of the head/ I got a headache that hurt more when I moved my head. Took ibuprofin it lessened my headache but when I bend over I get dizzy. now when i move my head it give me a slight pain that comes and goes. I am trying to figure out if I should go to ER or wait til morning and call my doctor

This is very serious. As head injury sometimes causes hematoma inside brain.
Advice
1.     Go to emergency ward of hospital
2.     Do not take ibuprofen as it might increase risk of bleeding
3.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral when you feel headache
4.     Cinnarizine 25 mg every 8 hours per oral for 7 days
5.     Investigation
a.     MRI of brain
