General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Since you have normal ECG and thyroid we have to find for the other causes of palpitations.
By and large then the commonest I can think about is your anxiety and stress.
Hence I would advise you the following.
Consult a Cardiologist for proper cardiac evaluation to confirm that there is no heart related problems.
Recheck thyroid functions from reputed lab on fasting blood sample.
Evaluate at the Psychiatrist about anxiety and related disorders and proper medications will help to have alleviated symptoms.
Stop worrying.
You may need alternative treatment in the form of meditation and naturopathy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
