Are Red Blotchy And Dry Rash The Signs Of Lupus?

I have a red blotchy and dry rash on my wrist. this usually apears yearly durring winter time but sometimes in the summer or fall. My allergys are also very bad and nothing seems to help. lupas runs in my family is this a sign? if not what could this be?

hi, it could be but it seems more likely to be an allergy may be related to dryness.
generally lupus produces other signs and symptoms apart from skin .
