Are Red Dots On Palm & Feet A Random Reaction Towards Drugs?

I have red dots that occur randomly on my palms, sole of feet, arms, legs, chest. The go away after 2 or 3 hrs sometimes. They don t itch and are not raised like a rash, although they look like a rash under the skin. I ve had multiple tests recently, full blood workup including thyroid, etc.. no problems found. Doesn t appear linked to any food that i can find. The only medication I take is a generic of prilosec for the last 2yrs. could I suddenly have a random reaction to this drug?
