Are Red, Itchy Rashes On Upper Chest, Back And Neck Suggestive Of Allergy?

My adult daughter has a red, itchy rash on her upper chest area, upper back area, neck and cheeks. She has a 9 year old that has been taking Amoxicillin for Strep Throat. A few days into it taking this medicine he developed itchy, spotty rash all over his body. He was allergic to the medicine. My daughter was administering his liquid medicine to him and some of it got on her hand. She is allergic to it also. Could just getting it on her hand have caused this to happen to her upper chest, upper back, neck and cheeks?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your daughter developing rashes at the upper chest back cheek and neck after in contact with a drug I am suggesting that she has developed an a hypersensitivity skin reaction due to allergy from the drug

In view of this please let her use the following Tablet allergin phernegan hydrocortisone cream

If no improvement schedule an appointment with a dermatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate treatment

I hope this helps Regards
