Are Red Itchy Spots On The Back And Stomach Indicative Of Herpes?

Hello Sir, I am suffering from itching followed by red spot and tiny silver bubbles on my back and stomach with mild pain when part of cloth touches the affected area. It is increasing everyday , a pharmacist tell me about its possibility to be Herpes by looking the affected area. Can any specialist provide me with the diagnose. Regards Rajesh Mehla
