Are Semi-solid Food Advisable For A 5 Month Old Baby?
Pls suggest me something for my 5 month 10 days old baby .....he is cranky while drinking milk n interested in eating things which his elder brother is holding ....he is formula milk fed ... weighting 7.ing ...n 73 cm tall .....can i start him semi solids ......with what to start?
- If a baby is not satiated with milk or formula, some pediatricians will advise adding baby food. Good baby food to start out with is cooked rice that is pureed (pulverized to mush).
It's best to start with only one food at a time to minimize development of allergies and so that you can see how he tolerates it. I suggest talking with his doctor to make sure he/she is in agreement with this plan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
