Hello,
Its good to know that all your tests and investigations are normal. Sometimes the side effects of addictions & medications may also manifest such symptoms. Never stop taking anti depressants suddenly, it should be tapered and gradually stopped or it will worsen the discomfort & pain due to
withdrawal symptoms. It looks like you are suffering from
chronic fatigue syndrome. Stay away from stress, anxiety (emotional/physical), addictions if any.
Stay well hydrated, take adequate sleep & relax. Stop working at your computer or any electronic device at least 2 hours before going to bed. Take breaks at work and relax. Get a complete medical check up done to rule out thyroid issues, DM , anemia or any other issue which is causing you discomfort. Get treated.
Tingling or burning sensation may be indicative of developing
peripheral neuropathy. Get Nerve conduction tests done.
Sleep disorders, heart / lung disorders and mental heath issue may also manifest with such symptoms. You can
consult a Psychiatrist or Counselor. The key is staying away from stress and addictions. Adequate sleep and relaxation. Cheerful lifestyle and healthy eating. Exercise and hiking. You can take medications for support but never get dependent on it. Take
Combiflam, one SOS for relief. You can take anxiolytics and
vitamin B1, B6 B12, vitamin-E rich food or supplements. Take home made nutritious food rich in protein, iron, calcium and mineral.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
