Are Severe Headaches And Uncontrolled Shivering Signs Of Stroke?

A year ago my husband suffered a lacunar infarct. Today he had a headache which is unusual for him. Now he has uncontrolled shivering but is not cold or cold to the touch. Can he have suffered another small stroke? He is in bed and the shivering has now subsided but he was having some of the reactions that he did in the past ... Like thinking he was going to fall off the bed when he is positioned nearly in the middle of a queen bed.
