Are Shortness Of Breath, Fatigue, Fluttering Heart And Pain Under Arm A Cause For Concern?

I have shortness of breath, weak, heart seems to flutter from time to time. Severe pain in ribcage right side under arm. Feels a lot like pluerisy. (Sp?) I think I may have pulled a muscle a few days ago. I am a 60 year old female. Should I be concerned.

Hi madam,the symptoms which you are experiencing now may be due to chronic underlying conditions which has been left it will be better if you undergo evaluation with your physician the symptoms may be due to hypertensive cchanges in heart,please consult a cardiologist and undergo 2 d echo and take preventive medications,the symptoms also may be due to hyperthyroidism
If you don't take medications you might have complications like breathlessness or myocardial infarction or syncopated episodes,ccardiomyopathy es
It will be wise to undergo evaluation for symptoms and take medications,iiron replacements in case of anemia,beta blockers in case of arrythmias and antithyroid drugs
