Are Sinus Pressure And Pain, Toothache And Tight Jaw Signs Of Sinus Infection?

I have been having sinus issues for about a week now. My congestion and cough has improved, almost gone, but the sinus pressure and pain seem to be getting worse. I have pain in my teeth and my jaw feel very tight. Is this a sinus infection though my other symptoms have improved?

Actually it could be an infected tooth that is causing the sinus infection because the other way round is quite rare. It is better to see a dentist.
