Are Slight Pus Cells, RBC And Epithelial Cells Count In A Urine Test A Concern?

doctor my age is 40 male today i have done urine test and got my reports and the result as come. colour transparency . pale yellow/sligtly turbid, reaction. Acidic, albumin. Trace, sugar. nil pus cells. 2-3/HPF, Epithelial cells/ 1-2/HPF, RBC 8-10/ HPF Cast. nil, crystals. nil, others nil. please advice

Hello welcome to the health care magic.

The only positive finding is high RBC in urine.
RBCs are mildly elevated in your urine report.

The causes can be urethritis, trauma to urethra or urinary tract, stone in urinary tract, urinary tract infections, tumors etc.
Repeat urine test if needed.

USG pelvis scan should also be done.
