I had a pA&lat cxr and the result reads: the cardiomediastinlasilhouette is normal.The lung demonstrate no focal pneumonia. Small noduleis seen within the left retrocardiac area more prominent than prior exam. May represent a vessel on end,Appears more conspicuous than on previous exam. What is your your interpretation on the result. pls. explain
