Are Small Red Spots On The Penis Head Signs Of Syphilis?

Hello Dr. Rynne, I have noticed a small red spot under the head of my penis. It does not hurt or itch, but i was wondering if it could be a syphilis chancre. I was curious about chancres and could not find any information on whether or not chancres have puss in them when they form. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. If you send a picture of the spots then it will be more helpful in identifying. For fordyce spots taking more garlic and anti oxidants is good. You can also apply aloe vera gel for local application. Avoid greasy and sweaty environment on genital area. These measures will be helpful to get rid off it.
