Take serious care of your hygiene. Clean the area affected gently and apply ointment Soframycin or Polysporin gently. Make sure that the affected part does not rub against your clothes. Avoid intercourse or any sexual activity for the next couple of days. You have injured the base of the penis either due to prolonged intercourse, rough penetrative intercourse in a dry vagina, or due to ornaments.
If she had been wearing vulva ornaments or vaginal jewelry, then it could have caused your penis to get sore with injuries due to cuts. Give it time to heal. You can take pain relieving medications to help reduce soreness, inflammation & pain. You can also get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. If tests come positive, you will be treated with a course of antibiotics or antivirals. Always perform protective sex.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
